YESYOUCAN Training & Coaching Kft. – Hungary

Budapest

BudapestYES YOU CAN Training and Coaching Kft is a Hungary-based and registered private institute delivering a wide range of soft-skill development programs such as trainings, workshops, conferences, and coaching sessions – both for the profit and for the non-profit sectors.

OUR STORY
In 2008 five enthusiastic teachers and trainers came together to form an innovative and international team of educators who wanted to experiment and use non-formal educational methods in their programs. As the result of this initiative YES YOU CAN Kft was founded to provide support both for inspiring students/clients/participants and educators to create space for learning and innovation. Since then YES YOU CAN has been a lab for dozens of creative and committed professionals and a couple of thousands of learners and participants.

In 2011 YES YOU CAN  was one of the first institutes in Hungary that introduced educoaching in its curriculum. Soon their best practices were of interest and started to be shared, the staff members are still invited today to deliver trainings or give lectures on the topic due to their extensive experience. The educators at YES YOU CAN  were also among the digital pioneers who shifted to online education long before the pandemic times. They have worked together with many different international partners and shared their good practices and tips as YES YOU CAN has also been the beneficiary for many international Erasmus+ projects.

In the last 13 years, the organizational portfolio has covered the following areas: communication studies, language teaching, exam preparation courses, business soft skills, coaching and mentoring, intercultural studies, gender studies, inclusion and diversity programs.

The trainers and coaches working at YES YOU CAN are committed to raising awareness of diversity and inclusion. The central motive of the development programs is how to better understand each other, how to improve communication and collaboration between the representatives of different nationalities, ethnicities, generations, gender roles, or social-economic status.

The international staff holds internationally recognized degrees, credentials in corresponding fields and they are often also involved in some research areas or in applying new theories in practice. The educators of the institute are often invited to lecture or deliver at train the trainers programs or at accredited coach training events. The organization takes pride in providing a cutting edge and high standard knowledge in the intercultural field and in high-level coaching practices following closely the ICF (International Coach Federation) standards.

At the moment the core team consists of 5 qualified trainers and coaches. Our organization regularly collaborates with many professionals (guest experts, mentors) on particular projects, events or research which require special expertise.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project?

“A picture is worth a thousand words” is an old adage meaning that complex and sometimes multiple ideas can be conveyed by a single still image, which conveys its meaning or essence more effectively than a mere verbal description. In the digital era there are plenty of tools that help us create visuals, infographics, design thinking, mindmaps etc. easily.
To walk the talk, here we present the visual introduction of our institute:
