Ask participants to write down on virtual post-its the positive things that have happened to them recently in their professional or private life, even the smallest things (at least 1 per person, if possible ask for 3 per person). 1 message on one post-it. Ask participants to read, one by one, aloud the information from the post-its. To appreciate events which participants share with each other,  you can ask for details of the written messages, encouraging participants to speak at greater length. Ask how what has happened has influenced the mood and motivation of the participants.

How thinking about positive situations affects your attitude to action or work? Do you easily notice positive events in your daily life?
Summarise the exercise in the forum and point out that focusing on the negative is simply the behavior of human beings, but if they notice it takes over their thinking, they should seek help because it could be a symptom of a greater problem like depression and anxiety.
Possible modificationsBefore the forum summary, you can ask participants to reflect briefly in pairs, (when using the ZOOM app divide participants to the breakout rooms). The question for discussion in pairs: How often do you think about positive events, situations that are present in your life?
