The goal of the exerciseThe purpose of this simple exercise is to summarize the training and gather feedback from participants.

Materials Open doc: google doc or google jamboard
Exercise agendaDivide participants into groups of three. Ask each group to write five different words that could best sum up the whole workshop, and to prepare a brief description. Each team has 10 minutes to work on their keywords. E.g.,

Perspective – during the workshop, we had the opportunity to learn about other people’s opinions.

Afterward, ask each team to share the results of their work.

Prepare an open document; it can be a google doc or google jamboard and invite groups to paste their notes into a shared file.
In this way, the learners will create a glossary to summarize the workshop.

Suggest a brief discussion of the collected words. If any words are repeated, reflect the words aspects of the workshop that were considered the most important.

In addition, ask participants if anything is missing from this glossary.
If so, write some additional keywords.
Possible modificationsAt the end, you might ask everyone to choose the keyword that is most important to them and share it on the forum.
